  1. Orders

    All our products are custom-made as per your order. Prices are shown in AED. Full payment is required to confirm your order. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by The Wooden Colour FZ-LLC. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing or availability errors.
  2. Cancellation & Refunds
    As our furniture is made to order, orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations or refunds are not possible once production begins, except in cases where the product cannot be manufactured or delivered as promised.
  3. Damaged or Defective Products
    If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will replace the item at no extra cost. Refunds are only issued if a replacement cannot be provided. You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and details for review.
  4. Delivery
    An estimated delivery timeline will be provided at checkout. While we strive to deliver within the estimated period, delays due to manufacturing, customs, or logistics may occur. We will keep customers informed in such cases. Once delivery is completed, responsibility for the item passes to the customer.
  5. Product Variations
    All our furniture is handcrafted and made from natural materials. Variations in wood grain, color, or texture are natural and are not considered defects.
  6. Intellectual Property
    All content, images, designs, and trademarks on our website are the property of The Wooden Colour FZ-LLC. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this material is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
  7. Governing Law
    These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
